The gym access was a bit of a trek. It was not located in the building (a twenty-minute walk away). Guests require their own locker padlock. I found that out the hard way.

the location proves convenient to various points. i found the doormen to be quite attentive and helpful. the hotel exudes nostalgic charm, which i very much appreciate. the cleanliness, as well as the quality of finishings and furniture, certainly stands out.
i noticed limited dining facilities available. the absence of a resident lounge was a minor inconvenience. the noise from a linked room somewhat disrupted the tranquility. these issues could potentially diminish the experience for some guests.

the staff was professional and cordial. they helped with recommendations for dining options in the neighborhood. they worked with me for an early check-in and in storing luggage after checkout for my heading to the airport. the team is amazing!!!

i stayed in a premier suite double beds it was spacious the beds were very comfortable i found the in-room safe convenient for storing valuables the suite had a separate living area which was great.
the bathroom was a bit small there was minimal counter space.

i found the staff very friendly assisting quickly with requests. the room was spacious and spotlessly clean i also appreciated the valet parking. the location was great near fenway park making it very convenient to get to the game.
the bathroom had no ventilation i think an exhaust fan could improve the air quality there.

The air conditioning was loud. it made a constant noise that disrupted my sleep! the bathroom was also quite small. the shower was cramped, and there was very little counter space. i found it difficult to get ready in the mornings. It was frustrating

i found the staff very attentive and helpful arranging a rental car. the location allowed easy access to fenway park and newbury street. my room was consistently clean and well maintained. the hotel arranged for prompt daily servicing which i appreciated.
the walls seemed thin and i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms late at night which i found slightly disruptive
